主料

Self-raising flour :190 g
Almond flour :40 g
Powdered sugar :60 g
Blueberries :75 g
Egg :1

輔料

Milk :125 ml
Butter :60 g
Vanilla extract :1 teaspoon

具體步驟

1. Sift the flour into a large bowl, add the sugar and blueberries.

2. Beat the eggs with the milk and vanilla extract. Add the mixture to the flour along with the melted butter.

3. Blend with a metal spoon without beating. The batter should be thick and chunky.

4. Grease the mould and pour the batter into the muffin cups until they are 3/4 full.

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 190o C for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow torest in mould for 5 minutes, turn out and cool on a rack.
