1. Finely chop the pistachios. In a large bowl, blend the pistachios with the powdered almonds, flour and powdered sugar and add the melted butter and eggs.
2. Blend until the batter is smooth then pour it into the moulds and bake in a preheated oven at 180o C for 15 minutes.
