荷塘蓮藕盒怎麼做美味好吃

1. 先將蓮藕切片,用沸水煮2分鐘後吸乾水分備用。Slicethe lotus root, boil for 2 minutes and dry for later use.
2. 把豬肉、臘味、香芹和馬蹄切成小塊後炒香。Cut the pork, cured meat, celery and waternut into small pieces,then stir-fry them together.
3. 把炒香的材料夾在兩片蓮藕中間。Put the aboveingredients between two slices of lotus root.
4. 待油熱後把做好的蓮藕盒炸香。Deep fry the mixture oflotus root.
